Very unsatisfied

As a consumer who primarily buys from small businesses I am very dissatisfied with the product but more so with the costumer service. I have worn this item once, and despite my expectations supported by the price, the item had lost the gold coating despite following all care instructions.
I have now tried to reach our with Rue on two seperate occasions - one via the form on the website, and the email supplied only to have no answer, two weeks apart. Really hoping they choose to reach our from this point of contact.
