RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
At Rue The Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us via the form below to receive return instructions.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the return shipping process.
Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the item and issue a refund for the product cost. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after receiving the returned item.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for shipping fees, custom orders, or items that have been altered or damaged after delivery.
EXCHANGES
If you received the wrong size and would like an exchange, please contact us at via the form below to initiate an exchange request. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, but we will cover the shipping cost for the exchanged item.
