Awful company to deal with

My package wasn't shipped until I complained on a facebook post and I received no answer to my messages.

The earrings came late so I missed the birthday I bought them for
They were meant to come in a tin and didn't but some random star earrings were thrown in instead. I did eventually receive them and they are also so much smaller than expected. Not worth the stress
